2-Bedroom Flat in Central York with On-Site Parking

Apartment Amenities

12 Bootham Court offers a two-bedroom flat with one private bathroom and free WiFi throughout the apartment. The property provides on-site parking, a rare find in central York, along with heating and smoke alarms for safety. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchenette and a dishwasher, though some reviews note that crockery cleanliness requires attention.

Room Layout

The flat occupies the top floor, accessible via 40 stairs, and includes two bedrooms with comfortable beds as noted by guests. A kitchen and a bathroom are separate from the lounge area, which has limited seating - reviews suggest bringing an extra chair for larger groups. The apartment is non-smoking throughout, and all linens and towels are provided.

Location

The flat is a 6-minute walk from York Minster and less than 1 km from York Railway Station, placing guests near the city's historic core. York Theatre Royal and York Dungeon are within walking distance, and Leeds Bradford International Airport is 48 km away. The central position reduces the need for car travel, though the on-site parking remains a convenience for drivers.
