The 1880S Soap Worker'S Cottage stands in Port Sunlight, a conservation village founded by Lever Brothers. The building retains original features, including a period pantry and parquet floors. Port Sunlight Museum and Lever Art Gallery are within walking distance of the cottage.
Accommodation
The Double Room offers a private bathroom with free toiletries, bathrobes, and a deep bath plus separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg fridge, and the living area has a work desk, dining area, and parquet floors. Board games and puzzles are provided in the cottage.
Amenities
The property has a garden, courtyard, free on-site private parking, and a washing machine and tumble drier in the adjoining outbuilding. A big screen television provides access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime and Paramount+, and Alexa is available in the house. A security alarm, smoke alarms, luggage storage, safety deposit box, private check-in/check-out, public transport tickets, and an allergy-free room are provided.
Location
The cottage is 9 km from Western Approaches Museum and Albert Dock, 10 km from Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and M&S Bank Arena, and 11 km from Philharmonic Hall and Williamson's Tunnels. The Railway Inn and The Bridge pub are within walking distance, and Aldi is a 10-minute walk.
