Accommodations
Appleby Castle offers 12 bedrooms in the castle itself and three holiday cottages, each one different and unique. Guests can stay in rooms such as the Clifford room with a four-poster bed or the Atkinson Super King with a modern en-suite shower room. The Vipont Room features a tapestry, and the Hothfield Room has a king brass bed.
Dining
Dinner is served by candlelight in the 15th-century dining room with oak panelling and long tables. The hotel offers a selection of wines with the meal, and on some evenings a pianist plays classical music during dinner. Breakfast is served in the Great Hall, with a freshly cooked full English breakfast.
