The property is a refurbished Victorian rectory from the late 1800s. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with eco-friendly luxury toiletries. Each room has a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and an iPod docking station.

A stylish sitting room library contains a 55' smart TV with Netflix, a Nintendo Wii, and a wood burning stove. The kitchen dining room has an induction Rangemaster cooker and a bean-to-cup coffee machine.
