3-room adults-only guest house with kitchenettes in Norwich city centre
Accommodations
City Stays Norwich offers three soundproof guest rooms, each with a private bathroom and complimentary toiletries. Every room includes a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV, and city views. The adults-only policy provides a quiet environment for solo travelers and couples.
Kitchenette Facilities
Each guest unit is equipped with a kitchenette containing a microwave, refrigerator, and two electric hobs. A dining area with plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery allows guests to prepare their own meals. This setup offers savings on dining costs compared to eating out every night.

Norwich Cathedral is 400 metres from the property, and Norwich City Football Club is a 17-minute stroll. Norwich International Airport is 6 km away, making arrivals and departures convenient.
Safety & Security
The property uses key card access for both the building and individual rooms. CCTV cameras monitor common areas and the exterior, and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed. These measures ensure a secure stay for all guests.

Soundproof accommodations block external noise, and the adults-only policy eliminates disturbances from children. Each room includes a work desk and a TV for downtime. The combination of privacy and central location suits both leisure and business travelers.
