Set in the Coquet Valley on the edge of Northumberland National Park, the hotel is a 15-minute drive from Rothbury and 20 miles from Alnwick, where Harry Potter was partly filmed. The grounds include a garden with outdoor furniture, a terrace, and a beer garden overlooking the stream. A 1-mile riverside walk leads to the village of Alwinton, and the market town of Morpeth is 30 miles away.
