Comfort Inn Victoria sits in the Royal Borough of Westminster, a renovated Georgian Town House hotel 5 minutes on foot from Victoria Train and Coach Stations. Direct train links from the station connect to major airports, and Oxford Street and Westminster Stations are 10 minutes by Underground. The boutique shops of Sloane Square and Belgravia are within 15 minutes' walk, and Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and Hyde Park are close to the hotel.

CCTV in common areas and outside the property, carbon monoxide detectors, key card access, security alarm, and smoke alarms are in place.

A complimentary continental breakfast with hot beverages and pastries is served each morning, including cereals, yoghurts, and a pancake making machine.
