Dawlish Warren Holidays has four 2-bedroom chalets: Beaches, Sunny View, The Cove, and Driftwood. Each chalet contains a full-size oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with ice box, and a flat-screen smart TV in the living room. The double bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and DVD player, while an outside seating area and free private parking are provided for each chalet.
Holiday Park Amenities
Guests can access Welcome Holiday Park's indoor swimming pools, bar, restaurant, and evening entertainment from Easter until the end of October for a surcharge. The park also offers a hot tub, public bath, children's playground, mini golf, karaoke, and a kids' club. Live music performances and a games room with a golf course are available on site.

The chalets are a 500-metre flat walk from the European Blue Flag awarded beach and 300 metres from Dawlish Warren railway station.
