Accommodation
Rooms are spread across four converted farm buildings: Cyder Mill, Grain Barn, Milking Parlour, and Lower End House. One of these buildings is a 12th-century hall with original beams. Each room is individually decorated with silk wallpaper, antique and designer furniture, and Siberian goose-down pillows.
Dining
The on-site restaurant offers a small, seasonal menu and a 7-course tasting menu with wine pairings curated by Matt. Dishes are prepared by Mark, a Professional MasterChef winner, and his team. Breakfast is served each morning with a choice of cooked options using local produce.
Cookery School
The hotel houses a state-of-the-art cookery school where guests can take hands-on cooking classes. Classes include a morning session where participants prepare a starter, then eat it for lunch and take the rest of the meal home. The cookery school and the hotel have won multiple awards.
