Is there a hot tub included with every room reservation?

Many room types come with a private hot tub, except for the Classic rooms, Master rooms, and Lake House rooms. The remaining room categories do include hot tubs. When booking a room, do guests have access to the wellness and spa facilities?

Guests booking the Lake House enjoy complimentary access to the spa facilities. However, at the Main Hotel, a fee of £25 per person applies, and early booking is recommended. Is full payment required at the time of booking for the Garden Suites?
