Granada Apartments Berkeley offers 13 serviced apartments on Queen's Promenade, each with a sea view and an open plan lounge with leather sofas. Each apartment has a 40-inch TV in the lounge and a bathroom with a bath or shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. The building has a sun terrace to the front and a walled patio area to the rear.
Kitchen
A welcome pack with tea, coffee and sugar is provided on arrival in each apartment. The kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar, with all crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied. The building contains a laundry room for guest use, and apartments are serviced weekly, with daily service available on request.
Pet-Friendly & Family Stays
Dogs are welcome by arrangement in 5 of the 13 apartments, located on the ground and first floors. A high chair is available on prior request and is placed in the apartment for guests upon arrival. The building provides a small lift suitable for families with pushchairs and guests with heavy luggage.
