Raffles London at The OWO occupies the former Old War Office, a building central to British intelligence and espionage. The Edwardian Baroque structure underwent a six-year restoration. Daily heritage tours at 10:30 am include access to the Spy Bar, set in the original SOE planning rooms.

120 air-conditioned rooms and suites with city views are available. A Raffles Butler is assigned to each guest to handle requests. Check-in is conducted at personal writing desks rather than a standard counter.

Nine destination restaurants include Paper Moon, La Perouse, and Saison, offering Italian, French, and British cuisines. The culinary program is directed by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. The Spy Bar, in the original SOE rooms, has a no-camera policy.
