Rowcroft Lodge is located less than a 10-minute walk from Goodrington Sands Beach and directly opposite Young's Park, a green space with a boating lake. The property provides easy access to Paignton Geoplay Park and the Dartmouth Steam Railway, which runs to Kingswear for a ferry to Dartmouth. Guests can also walk 5 minutes to Splashdown Quaywest, the largest outdoor water slide park in the UK.
