The Royal Castle Hotel sits directly on Dartmouth harbour, with views over the River Dart and the town quay. This 17th-century coaching inn served as a Naval HQ (HMS Cicala) during World War II and retains original features including ship's timbers in the bar ceiling. Rooms
Each of the 22 en-suite rooms is individually decorated, with many offering river views over the harbour. The Premium Double Room (Room 2) includes a large spa bath, walk-in shower, and a seating area with harbour views.
