The Royal Oak Pub is under new management from the team who previously ran The Clarence Tavern in Stoke Newington. The menu focuses on local, seasonal ingredients with dishes like Barnsley Lamb Chop, harissa and mint yogurt lamb flatbread, and spring onion fritters with homemade herb tahini. A separate kids menu offers proper food rather than standard afterthoughts, and wines by the glass are well chosen.

Rooms are named Crag and include Standard King Rooms and King Rooms, all with private bathrooms, hairdryers, and electric kettles.
