Anglers' retreat with two well-stocked fishing lakes in Burgh le Marsh
Fishing Lakes
Sycamore Farm Park operates two fishing lakes stocked with carp, barbel, roach, rudd, and tench. Daily fishing tickets cost £5 and anglers regularly land carp weighing between 8 lb and 14 lb. Tackle, bait, and other essentials are sold at the on-site shop.
Accommodation
The park offers caravans, lakeside lodges, apartments, and touring pitches with hard standings. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, stovetop, toaster, and kettle, plus a fireplace and a seating area with a sofa. Some caravans have dishwashers, and towels and bedding are provided.
Amenities
A children's playground with outdoor play equipment is available on the park grounds. Family rooms accommodate groups, and the peaceful setting allows for hiking and cycling nearby. The park also provides a picnic area and outdoor furniture for family use.
Location
Sycamore Farm Park is 9 km from Skegness, 33 km from Louth, and 73 km from Humberside Airport. Burgh le Marsh is a 5-minute drive away with pubs, restaurants, and a Chinese takeaway. The site is a 10-15-minute drive from the beach at Anderby Creek.
