3-star aparthotel with self-catering apartments and 24/7 reception near Earl's Court
Accommodations & Amenities
Templeton Place offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, each with a fully stocked kitchen including a hob, combi microwave/grill, and Nespresso machine. Every unit has a combined washer/dryer with detergent pods supplied, and high-quality toiletries are provided in the bathroom. The suites include a dedicated workspace and a dining table, and guests receive fresh milk and water upon arrival.
Art & Decor
The hotel integrates original artwork from young homeless artists into its interior design, with paper mache animal heads and a statue of a man crouched in fear pointing a gun as part of the decor. This art showcase is a distinctive feature that sets the property apart from standard chain hotels. The lobby and common areas display these pieces as a permanent installation.
Location & Neighborhood
The property sits on a quiet residential street, a 3-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station on the Piccadilly and District lines, with direct trains to Heathrow. A Tesco Superstore is within 2 minutes walking distance, and numerous halal restaurants and supermarkets line nearby Earl's Court Road. Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, and the Natural History Museum are within a short taxi or tube ride.
Business & Extended Stay
Each apartment has a dedicated workspace, and the Wi-Fi speed of 110 Mbps down and 44 Mbps up supports remote work. Flexible check-in times are available, and luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is provided at no extra cost. The hotel offers a 24/7 reception for late arrivals or early departures, with security deposits of £100 to £250 depending on suite size and length of stay.
Services & Security
A 24-hour front desk with key card access and CCTV in common areas and outside the property ensures guest safety. The reception staff can assist with laundry services, and the garden terrace offers outdoor furniture for relaxation. All suites are non-smoking, and the security deposit (refunded within 7 working days) covers incidental damages or unpaid charges.
