Built in the 1820s, the Grade II Listed Beach Hotel sits 100 metres from the beach. The hotel is directly opposite the i360 and a 3-minute walk from the Brighton Centre. Brighton Pier, the Royal Pavilion, and the rail station are all less than a mile away.
