The Kite House sits directly on East Wittering beach with a garden gate leading to pebble walks and the sea. Guests have immediate access to windsurfing and other water sport facilities on site. The large sun deck offers views across the beach toward the Isle of Wight.

Recently renovated rooms include luxury bedding and en-suite bathrooms with private facilities. Rooms offer sea views, balconies, and terraces; family rooms accommodate up to 10 guests when the entire house is booked. A separate study is available for guests with gaming connections and media facilities.
