The Linhay in Peterborough is a collection of five recently renovated barn apartments on a working farm, with The Nide, The Hollow, The Den, and The Burrow among them. Each apartment has a kitchen, a private entrance, and a patio with garden views. The Hollow includes a separate roll-top bath and a separate shower, while some apartments add underfloor heating and a sofa bed.

The apartments sit within 25 acres of arable farmland and offer garden views, outdoor seating areas, and two tables and benches for picnics. The Nide has a small enclosed side garden with two large wooden chairs. A field is allocated for walking, and guests can watch deer, hares, and red kites from the grounds.

Arrival includes a welcome pack with bread grown on the farm, milk, butter, jam, honey, tea, coffee, and sugar. Each apartment has streaming services and a kitchen with a dishwasher and everything needed for cooking. Guests also find a wind-up torch, playing cards, books, and magazines in the apartments.

The Nide is the only apartment where dogs are allowed, and it has its own fully enclosed garden space. Pet baskets and pet bowls are provided in the apartment. The enclosed garden space includes outdoor furniture, and guests can sit outside with their dogs.

The Linhay is 14 km from Peterborough Cathedral and 80 km from London Luton Airport, with direct access to the A1. Holmewood Hall, Stamford, and Sawtry's shops and amenities are a short drive away.
