Shepherd hut retreat with sheep feeding and farm-fresh eggs on the Isle of Wight
Amenities
BBQ facilities are made available by the host for guest use, often with a log fire conversion in cooler weather. Fresh milk from local sources and eggs from the host's hens are provided upon arrival. Guests can request to feed the flock of sheep in the adjacent field, an activity coordinated by the host.
Amenities
Each one-bedroom chalet contains a kitchenette, private bathroom, and a balcony with views of the garden and surrounding fields. A wood fire burning stove provides heating and a cozy atmosphere, as highlighted in guest reviews. Outdoor seating area, picnic spot, bicycle parking, and luggage storage are included for guest convenience.
Location
Amazon World Zoo Park is located a 5-minute walk from the property. Borthwood Copse National Trust lies 1.8 km away, with Blackgang Chine and Osborne House 13 km and 14 km away respectively. A small observatory run by an amateur astronomy club is a 5-minute walk from the chalets, and several cycle routes pass nearby.
Pet-Friendly
Dogs are welcome on the property but must remain on leads at all times due to the presence of sheep. Pet bowls are provided, and the host can supply towels and a flexi lead for smaller dogs. Yaverland Beach, a dog-friendly beach with clear blue water, is a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.

The host offers grocery deliveries and luggage storage for guest convenience. A luggage trolley is available for transporting belongings from the car to the chalet. Guests can request early check-in, birthday banners, and personalized local recommendations from the host.
