The Heritage Hotel sits 200 yards from Torre Abbey beach, offering a south-facing position on Torquay's seafront. The majority of its 24 bedrooms have sea views overlooking the bay. Guests are a short walk from Torquay harbour, the Riviera Conference Centre, and the Princess Theatre.

All 24 bedrooms at The Heritage Hotel have ensuite facilities with either a shower or a bath. Rooms include hairdryers, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities. Sky TV is available in all rooms except the 3 garden rooms, which have Freeview.
