Historic spa hotel with thermal spring-fed outdoor lido in Matlock Bath
Outdoor Lido & Pool
The historic outdoor lido, built in 1934, is filled with natural mineral-rich thermal spring water and contains no chemicals, free of charge for all hotel guests. The pool is maintained at 19.8°C and is open to guests aged 18 and over due to health and safety regulations. A separate outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end, pool/beach towels, and a fence is open all year.
Spa & Wellness
The spa offers a range of Ishga treatments lasting between 25 and 85 minutes, including back massage, facials, body wraps, and couples massage. Each treatment includes 90 minutes of complimentary access to the sauna, steam room, hot tub, and spa lounge. Additional facilities include a relaxation area, spa/wellness packages, and beauty services such as manicure, pedicure, and body scrubs.
Dining
The restaurant serves a carefully curated menu from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with last orders at 7:45 PM. A bar menu with light bites and snacks is available daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Breakfast buffet offers continental and cooked options, served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends.
